Kundalini yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual practice that combines breathwork (pranayama), physical postures (asanas), chanting (mantras), and meditation to awaken the dormant spiritual energy called Kundalini, located at the base of the spine. The goal is to raise this energy through the chakras (energy centers) to bring about spiritual awakening, inner balance, and higher consciousness. It is known as the “yoga of awareness” and aims to align body, mind, and soul.

Chakra balancing

Chakra balancing works by clearing blockages and restoring the natural flow of energy through the body’s seven main energy centers (chakras).
